Q&A: please help can you receive a fax without begin home?
i have never dealt with a fax can I receive a fax with out begin home? does it go through or do you have to accept it before it can go through????
It will come through on its own as long as the machine is left powered on.
As long as your fax machine is on and hooked to your phone line, your fax will be received. You dont have to accept a fax when it comes in.
hi just chris, i have a facts machine right in my home so if someone is trying to sell something it comes right to me whether i want it or not. i use a lot of ink but let’s say that i do not want to recieve those messages they usually have a number that you can call and they will remove me from there mailing list. so with a minumal fee from my internet service provider and two dollars per facts that i send on my bill and this is the total amount. hope this answered your question and i have been helpful to you
No it will come in without you being there.
A better option would be to use an online fax service like:
https://www.wiredfax.com/
That way you’ll receive faxes in your email with better quality where you can check and print faxes from wherever you are. Depending on what you’re paying for a fax line, the fax machine, ink, paper, etc. it’s likely you’d save a lot of money too.
